What's happening?

Global temperatures are rising, ice sheets are shrinking, and the world’s food supply is threatened. We’ll explore the scientific, business and cultural impacts, from carbon removal and plant-based R&D, to investment, flight shaming, and a new wave of activism. Your ticket gives you access to every talk, roundtable, discussion and masterclass, as well as 15-plus other tracks at Collision.

From net zero to climate positive

“We are on a highway to climate hell with our foot on the accelerator.” — António Guterres, Secretary-General of the United Nations. What are companies doing to achieve climate neutrality by 2050, and how are they taking carbon and carbon capture seriously? Join activists, shareholders and Fortune 500s in the discussion about the carbon economy, divestment and more.

Adapting cleantech

Energy prices and carbon emissions are still constantly rising which positions renewable energy as the urgent solution. We look at the fossil-free solutions set to transform the sector, from solar, wind and hydro to geothermal and biomass. What will the world’s energy mix look like in 2030, and what alternatives could be part of the solution?

Climate and conflict

Rainforest destruction. Mass extinction. Overfarming and overfishing. We have a lot of work to do in order to remain in the 1.5 degree warming threshold. How can we adopt an action-oriented framework to save Earth and its ecosystems?

Are the development goals sustainable?

The UN sustainable development goals act as a blueprint to a more equitable society but are they achievable and are companies aligning with them for marketing or accountability? Can technology speed up the climate race and make these goals more accessible globally?
